Chief Michael Olu
Chairman/CEO.

Chief Olu, providing strategic, mature leadership, management, and guidance, serves in the positions of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer with AMO Metal Works Services. With a range of strategic and operational responsibilities, he monitors the balance sheet, presides over BoD meetings and oversees, and directs all aspects of daily operations and administrative activities. Characterized by aggressive and entrepreneurial skills, he has a distinguished portfolio of professional education, training, and experience. Prior to launching AMO Metal Works Limited, he served as Materials Coordinator/Inventory Control Analyst/Project Logistics Lead/Project Warehouse Lead, Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited (MPN) / Deltatek Engineering Ltd (One of three Nigerian subsidiaries of the petroleum company - ExxonMobil); Production / Operations / Maintenance / HSE Manager for Atlas Cement Company, Ltd. and Operations and Material Supervisor of Texaco Overseas Company of Nigeria as well as Senior Barge Administrator with ABB Lummus Global, Inc.


Together with his associates, Chief Olu devises and defines innovative business and finance strategies, creates policies and processes, oversees all approved actions and strategies and ensures they are put into action and properly monitored to ensure their effectiveness. He has secured an enviable track record of success withstanding tremendous business challenges. His solid performance has yielded excellent results as well as reflects the progress made in successfully delivering new business lines despite the fast paced, competitive market environment. Following a constant policy of organized expansion and growth, he is focused on extending the Company's range of activities at home and abroad with the goal of winning new clients and expanding existing relationships.

He is a recognized professional. Member, International WHO'S WHO of Professional, USA. He is a graduate of computer science and operations management with over 20 years in the technical, fabrication and maintenance sectors of large multinational oil and gas companies. Chief Olu's broad experience and qualifications have enabled him to continuously enhance and support the overall efforts at project supervision, maintenance and process control. His career success is attributed to team work and fulfilling his customers' needs in the most efficient and responsive manner. Reflecting professionalism, he plans to continue here, grow the Company and grow with it and also hold seminars to train and educate people.

Managing Director.

Pastor Onyinya O. Ollube is an indigene of Onne and a graduate of English with Certificate in Mechanical / Maintenance Engineering. He has exhibited proficiency in prudent of cost and time management, and introduced innovations at uplifting Standards and Quality Control, having been trained in logistics operations in the oil and gas and allied industry by Integrated Logistics services (INTELS), Onne. His profile also includes employment in different capacities spread across over 12 years with Roc Engineering Services, West African Oilfield


Services (WAOC), Atlan Dive International, INTELS, Bredero Shaw Global Limited, Delta Environmental Logistics. At Bredero Shaw Global Limited, he was trained as a safety professional and has applied a quite extensive knowledge therefore to strategic business procedures and operational practices. His many parts contributes to his inputs at articulating fascinating finesse in the implementation of policies and integration of safe value system into the overall operating systems.
